The "Pink and Blue Project" is based off the observation by New York based artist
Jeongmee Yoon of the natural inclination of children to be drawn towards the color that resonates with their sex; boys to blue and girls to pink. She started the project as a result of her own daughter refusing to wear or play with anything that is not pink. As a result, she created this great piece which displays photographs of children surrounded by their arsenal of mono-colored items. A really fun project that almost launches you back into your own childhood.
